The position is to provide technical support to prospects and customers from the pre- and post-sales stages. Support tasks include:
- Prompt response to the support inquiries within specific time frame - Recreating and diagnosing problems reported by the customers and users - Researching product code base to understand possible workarounds - Monitoring company's discussion forums for bug reports - Submitting bugs into the company's bug tracking system - Writing technical notes about product features
Ideal candidate must have the following soft and hard skills:
- Must be patient with customers - Communication, listening and organizational skills ( - Must be disciplined in operating day-to-day tasks - Must be willing to help finding a solution - Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills - Ability to read and understand code. Source code includes C#, Java, PHP and ActionScript - 3 to 5 years real world experience - Previous customer support experience is a plus
